I am part of a core group of senior executives who are pushing Etisalat into the Top 10 global Telecoms operators list through synergy identification & planning, alliance building, and aggressive integration of all 17 OpCos within our international portfolio, all across the emerging markets.

Leveraging a carefully-crafted strategy, I:

• Provide leadership & direction for the implementation of strategic plans to achieve the integrated functioning of the International Wholesale & Carrier Services operations to support the strategic targets of the Etisalat group of OpCos (15 subsidiaries).

• Lead in identifying synergies and monitoring Group-wide operations to support the overall operational and revenue goals of the group.

• Manage, guide and support both the internal and external interfaces with Etisalat subsidiaries as well as International operators, agencies and alliance partners.

I lead the Group International Roaming function and develop commercial strategies, Operations Control & Monitoring processes, and Performance Management Systems that deliver on the promise of a global Top 10 Telco. I identify, create, and develop synergy opportunities to maximize the Group's overall value delivered to shareholders from the existing portfolio of mobile operators.

I also lead the development of Etisalat's global strategic partnerships with the world's Top 20 Mobile groups, across Etisalat's Operating footprint (14 mobile operators).
