Hello
My name is Michael, I am a 37 years old Half Austrian half Italian national with Egyptian bloodline ties as well. I have been actively engaged in the chefing trade since a younger age 13 years old, and worked my way up through dedication and patience. My luck was great during my early years to be trained by industry top chefs, whom which their experience and skills have been largely noted and given me a lot to learn from.
I have graduated with a master degree in Hospitality business management from United Kingdom, but of course my passion and love to culinary has never faded, it has accompanied me all the way long and achieving a few awards during the years such as;
-Chef of the year 2002
-Golden Olive Tree 3rd place award
-Best Dessert Junior award 2005
-Top 10 managers of the year award
Later on i have started to work as a development chef more than actually standing in a kitchen for hours long, since i simply wanted to achieve and learn more within the interior part of the hospitality sector. I have joined with a great company as an "Executive Development chef", which have seen me with this position travelling across the globe carrying from small assignments to large one's. My job role was such a varied one and very challenging yet i enjoyed every minute of it, because i did learn a lot more than many people who specify in certain sector of the hospitality.
Now at last and not last, i have accepted to start my position at Mongenes factory in Cairo as their newly appointed "Product Development Chef/manger". My job role will start from 1st of may 2010 which will see a massive change for all quality products desserts and chocolates alike as well as setting a new management system that will be more efficient as a whole for the company to benefit from in the future.
Looking forward for my new role and new challenge with plenty of new achievements to add to my hall of achievements fame.

After successfully accomplishing my targets with Monginis, i have been offered now the role of Business Development Specialist at A.R.Koueider, which will see the opening of a new state of the art factory. It will be a privilege to support their operation and implement new strategies and business concepts as well as developing their products and advising on new concepts to open new doors within the current market.
